The administrative reorganization of the country that took place in 1975 was the reason of changes in the organization of the state-owned minor manufacturing. The changes did not pass over the Bielsko Brush Factory. The company went under supervision of the Regional Association of Invalids' Cooperatives in Katowice owing to the resolution Nr 235/75 of the Cabinet of December17, 1975, then to the decision Nr 36/OR of the Domestic Trade and Services Secretary of December 1975, of the Governor of the Bielsko Province of January 9, 1976 and of the Chairman of the Invalids' Cooperatives Association in Warsaw on February 2, 1976.

In 10th May 1976 the Province's Department stated that foundation of a cooperative was useful and advisable. The next normative deed sanctioning the foundation of the cooperative was included in the resolution of the ICA Management of June 25, 1976 that concerns usefulness of establishing the cooperative. In 6th July 1976 the cooperative was listed in the register of the Regional Court of Bielsko- Biała. However the first founding general meeting took place earlier - in 22nd April 1976 when the founders gave the cooperative the name:

INVALIDS' COOPERATIVE "BIELSKO BRUSH FACTORY"

In this way a new period began, it's a stage of the transformation from the company into a cooperative - the invalids' cooperative. Since then the cooperative started developing dynamically. A Factory of Wood Processing in Kozy was founded which meant independence in providing semi-manufactured wooden products. The image of the cooperative was fundamentally changed due to a number of investments and repairs, which were carried out between 1976-1999. Essencial for the whole staff was the adaptation of the cooperative to the needs of occupational rehabilitation. With this end in view most posts became adapted to the work abilities of the disabled, the percentage of which among employees was continuously increasing. What's more, in order to assure the full healthcare, the members of the cooperative organized the Health Rehabilitation Centre at their own expense. At present the Centre provides both professional medical care and dental and rehabilitation treatment. The cooperative attitude of the whole staff characterized by caring about the workplace resulted as have been expected. The cooperative underwent a metamorphosis from the insufficiently invested company of the local industry to the doing well centre of occupational rehabilitation and the manufacturer of brush articles recognized in Poland and in the world.
